Still not working

I was an early adopted of the Tuneup Media program when i bought it from their site. HOwever after many issues trying to get it twork and sycn with iTunes i was advised by the agent to buy the APP Store one. That this app would solve and fix that issue with iTunes 12. So now i dont only have 1 copy of the online version i have another copy of the APP Store version. SO far about 60 bucks down and not working. I’ve tried incredible amounts of things to get it to work at no avail. I’d love my money back!

Please DO NOT buy this until this works. They now never respond to customer questions and the ticket submission is out of date. Yosemite has been out for a while now.

I just wish it would sync.
