TuneUp Still Does NOT Work with iTunes 12!
TuneUp Still Does NOT Work for iTunes 12 as of December 8th, 2014.
When I try to submit a support ticket on their website, the drop-down menu I am currently filling out requires that I choose my "Operating System". It only lists "Yosemite Beta", even though Yosemite was released way back on October 16th! Why is their support website so woefully out of date?
I also can’t get an ETA on when it will work with iTunes 12.
This is some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced from any software company.
I want a refund! If enough people complain, can this be pulled from the Mac App Store?
