Frequent crashes and hangs

I was happy to find this app in the App Store, it even looked to be a newer version than what I could get from the web page.

Unfortunately, this version frequently crashes or hangs (spinning beach ball). And if it happens to work, initial start-up and normal clean-up operation take ages ("Connecting to TuneUp Server", for example). I couldnt find any way to see a bit more closely what is actually happening to find out what might cause the problems.

Please bring an update soon!
